The Science of it is the study and understanding of various phenomena and principles through systematic observation, experimentation, and analysis. It involves exploring the natural world, uncovering patterns, and developing theories to explain how things work.

With CFS, there may be instances when you are feeling unwell, which could potentially lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. Alternatively, you might experience these emotions after recovering from a burnout episode. It is possible that you may experience frustration, anger, or negative thoughts, which can potentially decrease your motivation to engage in activities. Additionally, you might find it challenging to maintain a suitable pace. It seems like you are taking on a lot and exceeding your usual capacity, which can lead to burnout. It is important to be mindful of how certain discoveries may affect your emotional state and potentially worsen your symptoms of M.E. When negative emotions and anger arise, they can lead to an increase in cortisol and adrenaline levels, which may not be beneficial for your immune system. This, in turn, can contribute to higher levels of inflammation, further complicating your battle with CFS/M.E.
