How it Works

What to Expect in Our Session

First we’ll get to know your story: when you reach for your phone, what you’re feeling, and what you want to change. We focus on understanding, not blame. Together we’ll map your habits, spot the tricky moments and give you real control back.

Some issues are simple habits like scrolling first thing in the morning. Others run deeper into anxiety, low mood or unmet needs. We will sort out habit loops from emotional patterns so you know exactly where to focus your effort.

Boredom, Loneliness and Escapism

These three always show up in digital addiction. Boredom feels like restlessness or flatness. Loneliness is a craving for real connection even when social media feels crowded. Escapism kicks in when you need relief from stress or tough emotions but the relief never lasts.

Think of these feelings as signals, not failures. They tell you this approach is not working and invite you to make a change.

Why Depth and Clarity Matter

A quick fix like deleting an app might feel good for a minute but you will slip back if you don’t dig into the why. Depth means discovering the feelings or values driving your actions. Clarity means seeing those patterns clearly so you can choose new habits that really stick.

When you have clear insight you stop patching habits and start rewriting the script your mind follows. That is where lasting change happens.

Step 1: Understand Your Inner Archetypes

We all carry three drives – the Nomad, the Warrior and the Settler. Noticing which is in charge at any moment helps you understand how to shift gears.

Step 2: Observe Without Judgement

Pay attention to when you reach for your phone. Is it boredom, loneliness or escapism? before the session you can do two minute quiz to see where your at.

Step 3: Spot the Overlap

These feelings often team up. You might start scrolling because of boredom but stay because you feel lonely. Catching that overlap gives you more information on how to deal with it and more knowledge.

Step 4: Reconnect with Your Identity, Goals and Values

We look at who you really are—your biggest goals, the values you hold, the life you want to build. When boredom, loneliness and escapism keep popping up together, it usually means your daily habits aren’t lined up with what matters most. Each week, you’ll do a quick check-in so we can see how things are shifting.

Alongside that, we use targeted hypnosis to make the changes stick. You’ll work with:

  • Metaphors that speak straight to your subconscious
  • REM-state techniques to deepen the new pathways
  • Relaxation practices to calm mind and body
  • Positive framing to train your focus on what you want next

We’ll also share concise neuroscience insights so you understand how your brain is adapting. This combination of personal reflection, subtle feedback and mind-body work gets you ready for the final step.

Step 5: Navigate with Your Intellectual Mind

From here on, you’re in the driver’s seat. You’ll spot challenges as they come and intuitively steer toward what feels right, guided by your values and the clarity you’ve built along the way.

No set playbook is needed your awareness, insight and everything you have practiced so far becomes your navigation. This is where progress becomes part of how you live.
