Helping you break free from digital habits that drain your time, energy, and control
If your phone, browser, or screen habits are running your life, you’re not alone. I help people reclaim their focus, motivation, and peace of mind using solution-focused hypnotherapy. This approach works directly with the subconscious patterns that drive compulsive behaviour.
Issues I Commonly Work With
- Social media overuse
- Compulsive scrolling or phone checking
- Excessive use of porn or explicit content
- Feeling tethered to the internet
- Bingeing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Ping anxiety and constant notification checking
- Gaming habits that impact life or sleep
- Digital overload and mental burnout
- Difficulty focusing or following through
- Restlessness or irritability when offline
- Sleep disruption caused by screen use
- Loss of motivation or interest in real-life goals
- Guilt, distraction, or emotional flatness
- Feeling out of control around digital habits
You don’t need to explain everything. Sessions are focused on where you are now, what you want to shift, and how to help your mind support you calmly, clearly, and effectively.
What’s Outside My Scope
Some issues are better supported by another type of professional. If that’s the case, I’ll always let you know honestly and respectfully, because your wellbeing matters most.
I don’t currently work with:
- Substance addictions such as alcohol or drugs
- Untreated trauma or PTSD
- Diagnosed personality disorders
- Clinical depression with suicidal thoughts
- Psychosis or dissociative conditions
- Situations requiring medical or psychiatric care
If your situation falls into one of these categories, I may be able to recommend another trusted hypnotherapist or mental health professional who’s a better fit for your needs.
Other Areas I May Be Able to Help With
Although digital habits are my main focus, I also support clients with other habit-based patterns, including:
- Smoking or vaping
- Sugar or processed food cravings
- Nail biting, skin picking, or hair pulling
- Online-related overspending or impulse buying
- Procrastination and motivation issues
If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, you’re welcome to ask. You’ll always get a real answer without pressure or judgment.
