Before we begin working together, here are a few important things to help you feel prepared, relaxed, and confident for your session.

What to Expect
Your session will take place via Zoom, and you’ll receive the link by email after booking. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) ahead of time.
This is solution-focused hypnotherapy, not just hypnosis. Hypnosis is simply one part of the process, the icing on the cake. The real power lies in the structured therapeutic conversation, goal-setting, and evidence-based techniques we use to create change at the root.
We’ll begin with a brief chat about where you are, where you want to be, and what’s holding you back. Then, I’ll guide you into a calm, focused state where your mind becomes more receptive to helpful, empowering suggestions.

How to Prepare
Here’s how to get the best experience:

Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.
Use headphones for clearer sound and deeper focus.
Make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in.
Test your internet connection and Zoom link in advance.
Use a chair, sofa, or bed where you can recline safely and comfortably.
Avoid caffeine or alcohol at least 2 hours before we begin.
Keep water nearby.
Optional: Bring a notepad to reflect afterward.

Before your first session, please complete the Client Consent & Agreement Form. It explains the process, your rights, confidentiality, and how your information is handled.
